How to wear your Aligners

Wear each pair of aligners (upper and lower arch) for 22 hours a day for 14 to 21 days depending on continuous use.

The next pair of aligners is placed for the same period of time and so on until the end.

Your aligners should only be removed for eating, drinking hot beverages, and brushing your teeth.
